血压忽高忽低=blood pressure fluctuations;
高压低= low systolic blood pressure 或 my systolic blood pressure is low;
眼睛发胀: 被你考倒了, 不知道如何翻译. swelling不贴切. distending??? 腹部的胀痛可以是: Distended abdomen.
颈动脉斑块=Carotid artery plaque;
脑彩超=Transcranial Color Doppler (TCCD).
