请教，用英文怎么说：溏便，肚子胀（不是胃），有便意但其实没有，感觉便不净，排气。我姨

明天看专科医生，我跟他去，但有些词我也说不好。特别是医学上怎么说放屁。我姨的问题是，有时溏便，感觉便不净，肚子胀，总有便意，一到下午就开始排气，持续整个晚上。多谢各位帮助！
