终于找到一篇好的英文文章解释了我朋友的“痔疮”问题

一年前朋友感觉肛门部有个小包，其实本来不痛不痒，以为是痔疮就开始用那种Medicated wipes以及各种痔疮膏，结果这些chemical 以及某些草药反而引起红肿过敏出血，刺痒为主，伴随疼痛，反反复复。想当然是痔疮，其实基本就是一种药物引起的过敏性皮炎。当然用苯海拉明就有效了，而地奥思明之类的东西反而无效。
