Both Aquaphor and cetaphil cream works great for my son's eczema.
The key is to apply the cream on the baby/kid's whole body (or the affected area for a grow-up) right after taking a shower, before the moisture evaporates.
Aquaphor is more oily, better for the winter and severe eczema-you can even directly apply it on irritated skin with tiny sores or cuts.
