These are well-known "tricks".
1. Drink a lot of water/tea, etc;
2. Keep your room warm, and humidify/filter the air if you can;
3. Avoid smoking (including second-hand smoking from your family members);
4. Avoid stress;
5. Balanced diet, eat a lot of fresh fruit and veggi;
6. You may try some home remedy, like pear soup with cube sugar, etc.
