Do you moved into a new house or new office? Is mold will be a possibility?
Otherwise, Maybe you need go to a better doctor and make sure everything is fine. I have a bad info but it should not relate to your case but hope you can be serious. One of my neighbor has problem with her throat or cold symptom. She saw doctor and they keep telling her that she has cold but it's never healed. Finally, they found out that she has lung cancer.
