请教各位：淀粉样脑血管病脑出血术后恢复缓慢，这里有什么好的方法？

国内朋友父亲，年80余。一月多前淀粉样脑血管病脑出血，当时即手术了。现病情稳定，但还是意识不清，偏瘫。国内现只是支持疗法，加一些中药。

请教：这里有什么好的治疗措施或什么新的药物？
