再请教一个问题，本人有外痔，最近有一块痔疮常常发作，非常痒，不痛。记得以前痔疮发作时是痛

不痒。还能感受到有新的痔疮长出来，也是痒。现在大号后我都洗一下肛门，医生说也不是湿疹。
请问为什么痒？
