活性配体修复疗法治疗甲状腺

Today watch a TV program. It introduces about "活性配体修复疗法治疗甲状腺". I did online search after watching the program and found this one: http://www.bjzljk.com/a/lf/.
I have never heard there is a way to cure 甲减. However, from the TV program, it says they have cure almost 30,000 甲减 patients. Is it possible? My US doctor says there is no way to cure 甲减. Once you have 甲减, you have to take the pill for the rest of your life. Anyone heard about this 活性配体修复疗法治疗甲状腺?
