我的肺部CT结果,求朋友们帮我看看是不是肺癌

我的病史:
2005年11月有低烧, 气短症状, 拍X-RAY, 结果正常.心情放松后症状缓解, 就认为是更年期(当时42岁),现在月经正常.
2006年9月移民体检,X-RAY结果正常.
2008年上半年患流感,没有吃药,只是休息,喝水,出汗,几天好了,但有轻微的咳嗽,有时要清嗓子.这种症状持续2-3个月后, 症状消失.
2009年10月底注射普通流感疫苗,12月底患感冒,发烧,流鼻涕,不知道是否是H1N1. 一周后好了,但是有时有低烧,有时要清嗓子,有时气短,直到现在.
2010年2月底体检,向医生说了以上症状, 拍X-RAY,发现有一个SHADOW. 医生认为是肺炎,服5天的AZITHROMYCIN,再观察.在我的要求下拍CT SCAN. 以下是结果.


CHEST CT SCAN.3/1/2010
Evaluate nodule RML

** FINDINGS **:
AP and lateral scanograms and contiguous 5 mm axial images thru
the chest noncontrast.

There is a smudgy ill dfined 10 mm nodule anterior to the right
middle lobe in the perihilar region. There is a benign appearing
well defined 3 mm nodule more inferior RML. There are no other
nodules. Mild pulmonary hyperinflation but no overt emphysematous
change. No significant adenopathy. No abnormality in the upper
abdomen.

** IMPRESSION **:
Ill defined right infrahilar 10mm nodule may be inflammatory.
Benign appearing 3mm nodule RML also likely benign. Lesions are
too small or ill defined and too close to the hilar vessels to be
biopsied, and PET will likely be negative or indeterminate. As
the likelihood of neoplasm is low, a 6 month follow up noncontrast
exam is recommended.

我不太理解这个结果, 请朋友们帮我解释一下. 如果不能活检,如何知道是不是肺癌? 从位置上看,能决定是什么类型的吗?吃了AZITHROMYCIN,自我感觉没有好转,是否可以排除肺炎的可能性?
我常来这里,学到了很多保健和预防的知识,也发现一些关于肺部CT问题的贴子,大多数都没了音讯.我的精神很紧张,可能也不得不面对事实.
