女朋友在找中介定了张机票，后来因为改时间，就订了第二张，当时她问工作人员是不是只用交差价就行了，对方给与肯定的回答，但现在charge了第二张机票之后就告诉她第一张票是non-refundable，不给退钱，而且现在打电话也不接，请问这种情况该怎么处理？
