Look, then that's a little different.

It's one thing to argue that the condition precedent to an agreement is not satisfied and therefore there is no contract. But it is much more difficult to argue that your on-line authorization is induced by the agent's material mis-representation. Have you tried to deal with the airline directly? Say if you don't fly, can they allow you use the ticket within the next 12 month for less than $200?
