witness under summon

一直在看这个论坛,对很多问题都受益匪浅。现在也问一下我的疑问，对老猫和其他大侠先表示感谢。

我丈夫因家庭暴力在两年内数次被警方拘留。我们都是中国国籍，我虽然在他动手后报警并痛恨他的作为，内心并不希望他因此留下不良记录，毕竟每个人奋斗到今天不容易。我更不希望他的不良记录会影响到孩子的将来。但我也不能忍受他的暴力行为，如果我不报警，他只会变本加厉。

前面两次因我躲避警方不出庭作证，警方最后撤消了起诉。这一次我告诉警方我不愿出庭，他们给我witness summon。但我还是带着孩子事先躲到了朋友家，仍然没有出庭。警方给我的电话里说要给我warrant,我查了一下，under a warrant, 我可能被捕。我现在已经带孩子回家。

我想问的是：

（1）警方有权到家里来逮捕我吗？我丈夫有bail condition，不在家。
（2）我可以主动和警方联系吗？这样可以避免他们来了吓到我孩子（3岁）。
（3）我知道一个月后会再次开庭，是不是我这次躲避不了了？
