非常感谢老猫在百忙之中的回复,总是入情入理入法。

我之所以不出庭,是担心一旦出庭法官会判我先生的罪名成立。上一次公诉方就是因为我没有出庭不得不撤诉。但这一次有summon, 看来我非去不可了。我多次询问witness support officer 如果我出庭，我先生会有什么后果，她却说只有法官才能决定最后的判决，而且也不肯说任何可能性。网上说会判罚款，但是那样也会有犯罪记录，不但对他本人不利，说不定还会影响到孩子将来的信誉。

我想问的是：
（1）如果我出庭，我先生会有什么可能的后果？
（2）我在法庭上一定要说真实情况吗？
（3）我在法庭上一定要开口吗？
