這是法庭正式的程序傳換您出庭,您"必須"出庭,如果您不合作,法官可以要求法警拘捕您,同時您面對的是"藐視法庭"的控罪,所以除了出庭之外您沒有其他的選擇.

看在上帝的份內您的先生已經面對相當的麻煩了,希望您至少為了您的孩子,不要再拿法律開玩笑....否則真正受苦的是您的孩子,不是嗎?
在美國,一旦您因為家暴報警處理,您就必須配合警方的調查與檢方的起訴,您不能說打911是嚇嚇您的老公,目的到了,就不玩了...法庭不是您家的,法律也不是您的玩具,所以您一旦進入司法程序,您只有合作一途.
