well, J-1 Visa is not worest visa.
Does your wife have a job? what's her visa?
Which state are you in?
Divorce is not easy in most state, even fault-divorce needs almost 1 year esp. you have 2 children, and before your visa expire, you still have enough time to do something.
If you have custody, she needs to pay child support, it would cover most Daycare fee, you need to drop them to Daycare in the morning and pick them up after work, you can do it yourself, of course, it's not easy, but if you want to have children, you have to do it, because seems divorce is not up to you.
It's not easy for her to take care of two children, esp, after she marry an american. the best way is to find some friends of both of you, see if you can save your marriage.
Finally, if you don't think you may stay in USA, and she would divorce with you, my suggestion to you is, if you really want children and want to take care of them in the rest of your life, then just bring them back to China, choice a better time for you to do so. She can go back to see her children if she want, but if the children leave in US< it's very hard for you to see them.
It's very hard, really, if you can find a way to save your family, it's the best.
