Normally, she wants to develop herself, and as a F-2, using your money, since she's ur wife, it's normal, even means it cost you a lot. The key is, whether she wants to leave you in the future when she become more independant, You should know her well then anybodyelse.
If you're 80% sure about it, then you have to think about how you need to do.
If you think it's really hard for you to stay in USA, because of your career and family reason, not just Visa, I think maybe you need to look for a position in CHina, and return back to China in your good time, maybe it would save your family, your children's happiness and as a man's respect. If she insist on staying in USA by herself and children, maybe better for you to bring them back to China.
