现有白人律师说可帮打官司. 我问了一些问题, 他回答如下:

我的问题:

1. What percentage to win the case if only me as a witness?
2.  If win the case how much the compensation will be?
3.  What is whole court cost?
4.  What is the whole attoney cost?
5.  I am the oldest SW engineer in the R&D department and they hired young SW engineer before fire me and post new SW engineer internship job after fired me. Is this fact a favorable evidence of age discrimination?

Basically, you my witness to testify on the facts of the case, It would seem that age discrimination might be the issue or national origin. You were doing well until a change in management, If you don't feel the facts fit my theory, then sign the agreement.

1. I don't give percentages I only work on cases I think I can win.
2. You're entitled to all lost pay and possibly front pay and liquidated damages
3. Your filing fee is $500 and your deposition will run about $500-700
4. You don't have a cases like you see on TV, those are all medical cases for physical injuries, so we have a risk, we charge $3000.00 upfront and 30% contingency however, under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Company would be responsible to reimburse you for all costs required to prosecute your case, so the bottom line is, if all goes the way I would hope, your case wouldn't have cost you anything.
5. Those facts help our case.
