几个问题

 1. “我们已经提前两个月让他搬走了，他也在电话里同意了，”  

你们提前两个月通知是口头还是书面？现在闹起来，口头通知等于没有通知。

2.  押金2000在谁的手里？最后一个月的房租再谁手里？sometimes，posession is 9/10th of the law. 

3.  有的时候，请律师不是为了省钱，而是为了防止丢失更多的钱。地下室泡水问题，律师知道如何按你们当地法律证明对方是否有作假，建议以攻为守。有的时候你认真咨询律师，还没有请律师，对方就软了，因为你做足了姿态。
