There should be a BC landlord act in my opinion! I phoned BC tenancy act branch this morning, I was told the same thing. But Injust found now that only the first box (tenant may go on a month to month rent) was ticked. But neither landlord or tenant had intial in the initial box beside it! Does this mean I could not give to them the last month rent? Now I am more confused!
