押金和最后一个月租金都在我们手里，准备写check寄给他，当初有提前两个月就给了他们书面的move out notice,他们口头上同意搬家了，也在7 month fix term结束前2天全部搬完家了，他的狗把木地板划坏了，我们也没有计较，当时搬走时walk through整个房子，我们都已经签字了，根本没提那些小的damage,因为我们根本不想与人为敌，关于sewage,他发信给我们说他去年大修3次，还有修理的发票，我们都有记录和照片这些，但是在验房的时候他们签字说房子没有任何问题，没有任何major repair or repeat issues in the past.
