不理解为什么“BC tenancy act要求我们把最后一个月租金推给他，”

假设，你们签了七个月的租，你在租约结束日的60天以前通知他结束租约（不需要他同意，因为租约仅仅要通知），这个租约就结束了。他的借口“may go month to month”不充分，因为may 不是 must，may = may or may not。

所以，我还是不理解，为什么“BC tenancy act要求我们把最后一个月租金推给他"?
