取决于你为什么一定要backdate这个lease。新租约应该在房子过户前就签好,没有等到房客搬走才去签的。
如果你一定要房客说明前几个月的租约是和你而不是和前房主,你不一定要人家backdate lease(一个lease密密麻麻的条款,人家有时不敢随便签),你可以让人家签字一个说明,说这几个月他是你的房客。通知房客不在声明上签字就不给security deposit。当然人家要是去闹一定要sec deposit,你也没有办法。
