Dealer 把俺的新车撞了，菜鸟求咨询

不到三个月的新车，　奔驰ＭＬ３５０，２５００迈。昨天去Dealer作第一次保养，被员工倒车时撞到车库的Ramp，右侧的后门以及Panel严重损坏。Dealer自己估计维修费$8K到$12K。

俺的问题是：

1. 我是否有权利要求Dealer保养后还我同样的车？
2. 由于车本身很新，基本是应该还我一辆新车？
3. 要不要通知我的保险公司？
4. 需不需要找律师？
5. 跟Dealer打交道时要注意什么？
