请教： 取消阻房合同

       我有一个房间（是在一个townhouse里），昨天和一个女孩签约，她将租4个月。（但是她还没有付定金，也没有付第一个月的房租。） 但签约后我发现，这个女孩目露凶光，言语也渐渐流露出一种侵略性。我很担心她会闹事。 我今天打电话给她，说我想取消租房合约。果然，她提出要我陪4个月的房租，加律师费，要2800美元。

       我的合约里面没有写到任何有关取消合约需要担负的责任。请问各位有经验的朋友，遇到这种情况，该如何处置？ 需要找律师吗？
