分居-离婚后，不跟孩子生活，如何在报税上，让孩子成为DEPENDENT？

正在办分居，LP要留下养孩子，要我离开。但是我工作单位需要孩子是我的DEPENDENT，以后孩子上大学才有40%的补助。

请问有什么办法，让报税上面看，孩子是我的DEPENDENT，但是孩子又可以跟妈妈生活呢？
