我的目的不是避税，是为了争取工作单位的大学补助。

我现在单位工作快5年了。5年后，我就有资格为孩子上大学申请补助，单位每学年补助40%学费。俩孩子，每人4年大学算，可以总共补助12万美元。

但是单位的大学补助，只能给我的DEPENDENT。假如不闹离婚。。。哀。

就想找个两全其美的解决办法。多谢关心。
