单位有规定DEPENDENT，一定要居住在一起吗？如果是离婚，但共同拥有孩子的抚养权，并每月付抚养费，以及孩子在你的健康保险cover之下，这些都不能算DEPENDENT吗？

最好找HR的人问清楚具体的规定。
