我其实不在意孩子18岁前谁报dependent，就是担心以后孩子上大学，我不报dependent的话, 我工作单位的大学补助没有了。我算一下，俩孩子的大学补助，我们可以省12万美元呢。这对父母双方都是好的呀。

假如孩子18岁以前，由LP抚养, cliam dependent。孩子18岁后上大学，我再cliam dependent，这样的转换, 写在分居-离婚协议上，法庭会同意吗。
