因为maternity leave policy,多问了几个问题,没想到竟然惹烦了HR的白人老太,很不礼貌地在给我的回信中写道:
I am not going to continue to try to manipulate your short term disability and FMLA, and you are being unreasonable to continue to present to us multiple scenarios on a daily basis.
Short term disability is a benefit that we give all employees that we pay for. You continue to present different scenarios in the hope of working this in a way that benefits you (这是理所当然的). I have never had anyone that I have spent as much time with as you in explaining, changing (错), and re-working (错)your benefits and leave as I have with you. I will no longer be part of you trying to take advantage of a benefit so that it best suits you.
早知道这个人有严重的种族歧视,以前曾有过例子,道貌岸然地把一个中国学生骗进陷阱里,然后振振有辞地把人家辞退。没想到这次我很客气地提问,让她感觉我不是个顺从听话的人,发了这通信。她所做的是在事前糊弄,事后要把她的做法和决定强加给我,还不乐意我反问几下。刚开始想不理她,可总觉得气不过,她凭什么批评指责我?HR可以这样对员工无礼吗?请JMs帮我分析分析,我该怎样对付才好?
