It all depends on how you understand the policy. When do

you apply your STD to start? There are two weeks period since you apply date. Anyway you can fight your way. They can fight their way. Try to use E-mail than phone, keep a record.

In my case, they try to cover up their mistakes to make me to loose my benefit. They do play the policy word game. The end they give me what I should get and more.
