最近办信托中，有问题请教

投资理财新手一枚，请大家多多帮助。

今年在公司里买了MetLife legal insurance plan, 所以想抓紧办一个信托。有几个问题想问大家：

1.  联系的信托公司说除了insurance plan 的coverage, 我这边自付$875 （坐标加州）. 包括了trust, will, durable power of attorney for finance (asset management), durable power of attorney for health care (living will), HIPAA, schedules (which you fill in at the office), and guardianship if you have minor children.  这个价格是否合理？

2. 需要我提供两处房产的GRANT DEED (not Deed of Trust) 我不记得保留这个东西，如果自己去找，和哪个部门去要？如果我找不到，信托公司说可以帮我办，但是一个房产要收费$600, 所以多出来了$1200急

 

3. 看了以前坛子的一些帖子，对我们米少的家庭就办revocable trust 就行了是吧？感觉irrevocable trust 是给钱多的怕子女花不完留给后后代的。
