我现在是因为investment property， Fannie Mae 规定seller's assist只能2%,但seller原来愿意出3%,我不想再总价里减，我想那1%的out of pocket。所以想改home inspection agreement，让seller出相当于1%的现金credit.

请问有这种规定，investment property， selleｒ给买方的用于修理的支票只能写ｃｏｎｔｒａｃｔｏｒ　名字不能写买方的名字吗？谢谢。
