我年初买了个shortsale的房子，repair cost 大概要10k，seller

要给我们credit，我要求reduce price这样我可以少交点地税，他们都答应。

我推测你的seller小气，觉得这样便宜了你们，其实写给谁不是给了，如果你坚持，他们会让步的。
