I work in a biology lab and we have a mouse model.  One of genes is only 6% functioning.  If you feed these mice with normal diet they will survive liek wild mice but when you feed them with high fat diet they will die within 3 weeks.  You cut their heart, make slice you see heart have problems.  That's a fact.
