请问我这种情况用每天吃胃药omeprazole(PRILOSEC)吗？作了胃镜，医生让我每天吃omeprazole，说是可以预防胃病，甚至胃癌。可是我基本没有感觉过胃有不舒服，我还需要每天吃omeprazole吗？有没有其他方法或中药调理我的胃？以下是我的诊断。多谢！
No dysplasia is present in any part. The patient is a 46-year-old man with intestinal metaplasia in stomach. In Part C (gastric body biopsy), prominent eosinophils are present, which can meet histologic criteria for eosinophilic gastritis. However, increased eosinophils can also be seen in infection (e.g. Helicobacter pylori gastritis), drugs, allergy, and inflammatory bowel disease.
Clinical correlation is recommended.
