请教extra tooth

整牙做xray时发现在两个前门牙上面有个extra tooth，完全在gum里面，orthodontics说让看oral surgeon, 把它remove掉以防整牙的时候动其他牙会和extra tooth碰上上牙根，也没在oral surgeon 那做3Dxaray, 只拍了个片子，也说要拿掉，在网上看了下，说有的时候exra tooth还会连着一层骨头，要把gum打开，骨头去掉，才能去掉牙，想着挺吓人，大家有这方面经验吗，说实在的感觉就是大工程，要去掉这个牙，还要拔掉两个(premolar),然后再整，值得吗？
