我父亲86岁，今年3月发现原发肝癌，Segment 1 尾状肝的瘤子6.5厘米，Segment 4有1.5cm的瘤子。无法手术。
4月底做了TACE（Transarterial Chemoembolization，经动脉化学栓塞），Segment 1的瘤子缩小为3.2cm 和 1.5cm, 但Segment 4的瘤子增大到3cm.
最近要做第二次介入。
1、请问是TACE还是Y90（经动脉载药微球栓塞）？有医生说用TACE, 有医生说用Y90。
2、有医生说TACE次数多了，血管会堵塞，影响以后的介入。因此做了两次TACE后, 效果会变差。但好像听说Y90不会堵塞血管。
3、做了TACE后，如果有必要，能否再做Y90？

If the number of tumors is more than one, and the maximum size of a tumor is larger than 5 cm, in general, it is better to use Y90 in the first intervention proecedure; of course, for detailed case, need to talk with interventional radiologists.
