朋友验血，发现被结核菌感染过，有必要治疗吗?

朋友去体检、验血，很意外的发现 结核 是阳性的。Google的结果是被结核细菌感染过，据统计，大概有5%-10% 带菌者会发病。像这种情况，有没有必要现在治疗？没有任何症状，估计胸片也是阴性的。朋友才22岁。现在治疗是不是100% 能够治好？到万一发病的时候再治疗是否来得及？
