Did you take any antibiotics within one or two years of the onset of your symtoms?

If you have already ruled out lyme diease, then I suggest you checking out "fluoroquinolone toxicity".

Fluoroquinolones Antibiotics (very commonly used in China, US, etc) can cause disabling and potentially irreversible side effects involving tendons, muscles, joints, and nerves. Your body wide joint pain and muscle pain (with normal blood test results) are very typical symtoms of fluoroquinolone toxicity.
