请问：目前有细菌感染，可以打新冠疫苗吗？，

预约的疫苗注射是本周星期五，可是最近几天，清理嗓子的时候，发现痰中带脓，有一次为带红色的痰块，这种情况下，能打疫苗吗？如果是结核，可以打吗？
