我订了一瓶Ginger root supplement. 但成份里包含明胶, 硅胶(gelatin, silica).

这些附加成分对人身体有害吗？我买这个是前一阵子有人推荐Ginger root对减缓胃酸有帮助。家人有反酸问题。Here is the one of the 1 star review: many people do not know negative side effects of "silica", it is actually an heavy metal and it has serious implications on the reproductive system and affects fertility, I read a case study on this topic from Google and I also experienced this first hand from this product
