早晨醒来时感觉眩晕，全身出汗，想吐，大家

身体在床上转动时晕，但躺着不动不晕。量了血压和心率均正常。请问一下这是美尼尔氏综合症，或者耳石症，颈椎病的症状吗？还可能是其它什么病症？谢谢大家。
