试试俺的独门偏方：（只对LZ这种情况，勿转抄）

外敷：VD滴剂（含VA的更好，就是中国原来的魚肝油），每天早晚点几滴，搓匀。

内饮：小黄菊花（mini mums），在美国正盛开，去HD几刀一盆。摘含苞或刚开的花，凉干或鲜用。取二三朵，热开水（温度太高不行）泡几分钟，温饮。细细品味，勿牛饮。下午为宜。
