我这得的不知道是新冠还是感冒？

症状：流清水鼻涕，头三天流的很多，现在停止了。

头两天有一点点喉咙疼，后来没有了。

全身乏力，累得很。没有发烧，没有咳嗽。

现在第五天了，觉得基本上康复了。

我每天用盐水洗鼻子和漱口，觉得这个很有用。

没有吃药，但是服用5克维生素C。
