孩子脚趾脱皮龟裂厉害，什么原因？

去年夏天也注意到了，以为是游泳池泡久了。今年完全没去过游泳，脚趾上的皮肤脱皮开裂似乎更厉害了，大脚趾和二脚趾尤其厉害。大家帮忙看看是怎么回事，缺维生素？或者是真菌？
