每天吃3-4次，每次2000mg。可以考虑吃阿司匹林，普通量，防止血栓。

如果发烧没有引起很强烈的不舒服，就不要吃Tylenol。

监测血氧很重要，一旦出现血氧下降到92以下，需要去ER。
