请教：前三星期flu. No fever,dry nose. 现在转轻咳，但说话气短．躺下每半小时憋一下严重影响睡眠．求助．谢！

开始鼻干，鼻塞．好了以后转喘．

说一句话要兩次．中间喘一下．躺下刚想睡 有憋气感觉．过一会憋一下没办法睡．

是不是能吃点OTC 止喘镇静药？现在非常时期想自己能解决就解决．还是去看医生？

不会中了吧？
