手上皮炎 求助 （有图有真相）

反反复复很多年了，没有水泡，很干，奇痒无比。试过各种护肤，精油，芦荟都没用。美国医生开的药根本没用。之前擦了这里推荐的一干二净好了，但之后又犯了，药也不管用了。请问这到底是什么，美国医生说是eczema? 苦闷，请高人指点，谢谢
