the doctor unfortunately was NOT totally wrong.

Generally, for pl who had BCG shot(s) in the past (not having TB infection), their PPd tests will most likely come up "positive". The "tmm"'s case is just one of the "most likely circumstances".

But depending on each individual's immune responses, the positive reaction levels can vary.
